¡Hola!Kika Echeverría (b. 1990, Chile) is an anthropologist, artist and sound researcher. She is the co-founder and a member of the platform Radio Pasajes. Her practice explore the sonic dimensions of everyday life, emphasising the significance of listening practices and their ability to shape identities and foster a sense of belonging, often through the evocation of memory, inner listening and aurality.

Through this lens, Kika seeks to encourage intimate and critical reflections on the relationship between sound and memory, highlighting its political capacity for resistance.

She is currently based in Berlin, where she is pursuing a MA in Sound Studies and Sonic Arts at the Universität der Künste Berlin.





Kika Echeverría (b. 1990, Santiago de Chile) es antropóloga, artista e investigadora sonora. También es co-fundadora y miembro de Radio Pasajes. A través de su práctica, ella explora las dimensiones sonoras de la vida cotidiana, dándole especial énfasis a las prácticas de escucha y su capacidad de moldear identidades, generando así sentidos de pertenencia –esto, generalmente a través de la memoria, escucha interna y auralidad.

Kika busca fomentar reflexiones íntimas y críticas sobre las relaciones entre sonido y memoria, haciendo hincapié en su potencia política y de resistencia.

Actualmente reside en Berlin, donde cursa el MA en Sound Studies and Sonic Arts en la Universidad de las Artes de Berlin.
